Paramedical studies
There are 3 different kinds of paramedical courses at the Sorbonne University Faculty of Medicine:
Speech and language therapy
Orthoptics
Psychomotricity
There is a general department for these 3 areas. This includes administrative procedures such as:
- Organising entrance exams
- university administrative enrolment
- managing mid-term exams (timetable, issuing results, transcript of marks, consulting copies, etc.)
- collecting diplomas
The 3 different academic departments:
- DUEFO (University Department of Teaching and Training in Speech and Language Therapy)
- Psychomotricity Training Institute
- The University Department of Teaching and Training in Orthoptics (Quinze-Vingts Hospital)
are in charge of teaching:
- managing course timetables
- managing placements
- managing dissertations
- managing continuous monitoring
